Network activities

The Network itself is a way to support the sharing of NVC through the people active in NVC. We see this as being achieved in 3 main ways ... more details of which can be found in each section.

1. Projects

By this we mean the activities of one or more people to achieve some tangible outcome in relation to NVC. These range from projects focussed on bringing NVC to a particular target group (e.g. schools) through to long term training programmes or one off workshops. Anyone is welcome to add a project to this website and to contact the 'owner' of a project that captures your attention.

If you have a project you'd like to get off the ground, then you are invited to add it to this website together with any requests you have for support.

Through this website we hope to reach out to everyone with any interest in NVC.

This meets our needs for contribution, partnership, creativity and bringing our dreams alive.

2. Structure and Participation

By this we mean the things that hold the Network together and create a sense of community. This allows

We aim to build a structure for the Network that serves us all and allows us to create more together than we could on our own. At the same time we want to keep the structure as simple, flexible and open as possible. We have no rules, no hierarchy and a small handful of requests.

To be alive and thriving the Network depends on the active involvement in those activities that are enjoyable and nurturing for you. This could be participating in creating the Network structures or could be coming to our meetings (teleconferences and face to face meetings) or could be offering some self-development activities to the Network.

This meets our needs for connection, support, learning and clarity.

3. Linking to the wider community

By this we mean how we contribute both to

Local NVC Groups and
NVC Internationally.

We'd like this site to be a major source of information for all NVC related activities going on at the local level and a source of information for what goes on outside the region.

This meets our needs for contribution, ease, partnership and community.

NVC Eastern European Network

Building a sustainable NVC presence in Eastern Europe
